Has anyone had trouble getting their W-2 forms from Nielsen? They have my new address but yet nothing has been sent yet.
Is there a phone number out there to call these incompetent people?

Thanks for the help everyone that commented. I went with the email approach and it was fed x’d promptly to me the next day. 4 days later, I received an another one via FedEx🤣
I contacted Nielsen HR and once they verified my ID I received it within a couple of days.
You need to email nielsen.payroll@nielsen.com and let them know you need to update your email for adp and personal number. Once completed you can log in on ADP by resetting your password

I was curious about this too....I didn't move and I still haven't gotten anything.
