Value Streams will now be Fusion Teams. More money in the pockets of consultants. This is like the movie Groundhog Day. We will probably lose some colleagues; not by choice of course. Years of knowledge will be escorted out the door but no one cares. Kind of ironic, company called CareFirst. Maybe that is just for the subscribers. But wait employees are subscribers but I guess we get the CareLast moniker.
