but would engineers makes sure that we are handing out differential ratings to the exact proportion of minorities and females or whatever protected group is the flavor of the day. (Yet there are smaller minority groups that get no consideration at all).

I remember when the engineers ran all the economics and post audits. That was when the company had a firm grasp on profitability.

Don't be silly. . . its a symbiotic relationship. You can't have one without the other. If you just had a team of petrotechs, your business would be a failure. Its having a team up and down the line of services that make a company a success. The more they are all in sync, the better your organization.

In general, we should have everyone 'bought' in to this company. They don't even have to give a lot of equity, just some so that even people at the bottom are excited when the stock hits $126. Give everyone a common goal and you would see better overall performance.
