Recently joined HIL team at Ford, engineers are treated so bad. How do people work in this company for so long? I found most of the engineers 60% time wasting time and rest having meetings. Managers speak like they are making best in class products and treat their engineers like s..t. No wonder there profit is dwindling.

If you regret joining Ford you should buy one of our vehicles. Talk about regret!
Get some experience there, stay long enough so that it doesn’t look bad on your resume and then bounce. Don’t expect Ford to do anything for you.
Go someplace else. Problem solved. Seriously, it’s not like Ford is going to change culture any time soon, so you change your culture.
