Heard rumors ERGs focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion are being shut down. Now that Schwab has cozied up to Trump, I am concerned employee resource groups focused on women, lgbtq, immigrants, etc are going to be shut down. Any rumors?

Walt mentioned in a Q&A session yesterday that ERGs aren't going anywhere, and they should be more inclusive so anyone can join any ERG if they are interested.

If you need a support group, find one on your own time. You should be working, not trying to find your safe space. Don't waste company time. The local shelter also has pets if you need someone to talk to.
But that's the problem, discrimination occurs at work, literally in the work place! Minorities don't enjoy the carefree lifestyle of not having to worry about discrimination at work. You can't relate, because it doesn't affect you.
