What a bunch of stupid responses. You want to wait for a competitor's validation by considering Cisco as a worthy opponent? Their strategy is to underplay us and keep bringing up past mistakes. If you are internal folks, shame on you for not recognizing good products/ideas.

Security is a bright spot.
Anyone saying otherwise isn’t in the new BU.
In fact, it’s not even referred to as “SBG” anymore, which is a big tell for people posting “SBG”.

"What is SBC actually doing?"

The main goal of SBG leadership is to constantly creating fake projects, keeping employees busy working for paychecks and do this for as long as they can until all their customers switch to competitors.

Cisco Security organization should be entirely closed. It is irrelevant and does not bring any value to Cisco. Get rid of it!

Splunk will lift Cisco up. Stock is already reflecting that and will likely surge along with the revived economy.

You forgot Fortinet. It is interesting that 15 years ago Cisco and Checkpoint owned the firewall market. Now it is Palo and Fortinet (and Zscaler for the new SSE area). Missed the boat. Of course similar things are happening with Collab, Data Center. Still have a large share of campus switching, wireless, WAN, but that is eroding also.
