TB is about growing the company. We are lucky to have him. He will have no problem getting rid of the low rated employees and giving zero severance. Time to get serious just like the DOGE commission headed by Elon.

TB is the absolute worst choice for a new CEO. He is only focused on cost cutting and low- cost geo staffing. He views engineers as a widget and doesn't value experience or knowledge, has no concept of differentiated technologies. This is the final nail in GF's coffin.
TB is a career consultant, doesn’t know jack about SEMI and is a numbers guy through and through.
To all you L9+ that don’t know / care about how to manage costs in your areas - he’s gonna focus on you hard and give you about 30 seconds to figure it out. He doesn’t care about your excuses, he just wants the numbers.
Probably expect more RIF and general churn related noise (stress) in 2025.
Same advice as always - if we spent as much time doing our jobs and as we do trying NOT to do our jobs we wouldn’t be as f&cked as we currently are.
BTV is done with TB. Once the chips money is canceled/slashed by Trump (you voted for him lol) the facility will be turned over to the state to manage. Sad!
