Maybe he can generate clean energy from the sale of legal co----e he is proposing. Time for Oxy to close up the Colombia team and move on....Clean energy and co----e, life is good.
This was likely impacted by the politics in Washington. When will Oxy and other oil companies realize that the head guy in DC is not really working in their best interests.
Probably get a better partner in the end when Ecopetrol sales on the cheap.
