Guess it depends what org you’re in, we’re getting a huge amount of investment.

My prediction is that on Feb 12th CSCO will report that we had a great quarter and the stock will go up.

However, CR will tell employees that we need to make "hard decisions" and have "tough conversations" to "align resources to capitalize on opportunities before us". There will either be LR's announced or they will find some other way to kick the employees between the legs.

Jeez not another post by a DEI hire. Is your department paying you to post this dribble all day? Get back to work!

Seen a lot of new hires this year so far. Most likely won't be any major layoffs until 2026 maybe

Its Cisco - of course there will be more and more layoffs!

I think the goal is increasing layoffs until profitability per head approaches infinity..!

NEWS FLASH: Lay offs are happening monthly.

The OP is obviously going through the BIG D - Denial. WAKE UP FOOL.

Pro Tip: Don't stop talking to the folks who are LR'd or RB's that are let go and pretend you don't know them. Keep in touch. Support them. Check in. They won't forget you. When you're finally LR'd, they will be a great resource and want to help you. Your contacts outside of Cisco are evaluable.
