I was an RB then became a BB then got chopped. I came back after 8 months as an RB and became a BB. Got chopped again. 12 months later I came back once more as an RB and still chugging along as an RB. This time I wont accept to be converted to a BB.

They need to remove the RB's who have been in the same role at Cisco for 15 years (yes, they exist) and the RB's who claim they do work for Cisco but really work for the RB companies looking for more RB placements. Cisco Acquisition team is riddled with these RB's. They need fresh blood in that group.

Yes. In typical csco fashion they do away with RBs every year. Waste of money on second tier talent. Then they hire them and LR them in a year only to do it again and again and again.
