How many of you plan on ditching as soon as VCIP hits the bank? Count me in! Should be all time high turnover from grumblings I hear. Get ready to leave or do more work from someone who left.

ME!!! Yeehaw
Vcip due 2025 all time low…
Especially after today's Elliott news, Going to get bad.
If we spin off Midstream, hopefully some can go to new organization.
Whats left Refining? That’s not a great option
Why leave, just COAST
Depends where you from, outside the US the VCIP was ringfenced for leavers so i had the benefit of leaving and still getting my nice feb lottery win. Thanks Ya'll
This grass isn't always greener. I know of a person that left last year and they are applying/interviewing back to the same division. All companies are struggling to keep up with the spiraling cost of living. You can think the last administration and the extreme waste they continued off the backs of Americans in the "name" of democracy. When politicians make policies and regulations unfavorable for companies there are consequences.
Gogo, Z, and L & D “leadership” aren’t at other places so that would make them better places.
As much as everyone thinks it rough at P66, other places are not better. Plus, layoffs are still happing in all industries. Stay where you are and enjoy work life balance. Most places are now 100% in office working 45-60 hr weeks.
It won’t be high turnover. I have been testing the market and hiring is slow. But if I can find something comparable or even just slightly worse I will take it. Need a new challenge and somewhere with more vision and urgency.
Bye!
Me. I’m counting the days.
