Start looking for another job if you haven’t already. We know they discard people with ease and without much of a prior warning. I’ve been searching for other options and putting together a backup plan since the last larger layoffs. The economy doesn’t look good, and the earlier you start, you’ll have a better chance of finding decent alternatives. Put some money on the side too, if you can. Better to be prepared than caught off guard.
