I hope you will find another job soon, and a better one at that. Don’t allow this to affect you and your confidence in any way. Layoffs are no longer about performance and skills, just about the bottom line. If you excel at your job, you are more likely to be let go - because you are costly. There are much better places to work at, and you’ll land a job at one.
