Your higher ups aren’t literally pocketing it, it’s going to other employees who get higher then Mets rating.

I am level 58 Full stack dev in STS I work on angular frontend, .net backend, I also work on CI/CD help testing, submit reports, get approvals, in-charge of documentation and also on call and I am the first to take a look at our Production Issues. I've worked for 2-3 teams concurrently in the past. I always get Met Expectation and 2 - 3 % increase in pay and a bonus check in march that is not much to be honest. Other 58 Devs Please confirm if I am underpaid. So are you saying my manager, director and MD are pocketing most and I get next to nothing can someone please elaborate ? Thank you!

Doesn't matter how hard you work, how much you get done despite being understaffed and hamstrung by id--tic processes, you're going to get a Met just like the guys who coast by doing next to nothing. It all winds up in the pockets of the higher-ups.

guaranteed 117%. Guess again. With this leadership you’ll be lucky to get anything. Mgrs lie on reviews, so blatant now, they think no one will say anything, to keep their jobs. Gone are the days directors and vps knew you , your “brand” and would question the mgr lie. GONE. Trust , gone for a few years now.

Former STS here. Years ago as a 58 I received a Far Exceeds (laughably rare). I dont remember what exactly the bonus funding was at (108% maybe), but I more than doubled my 20k bonus to 45k. When they told me what my bonus was, they also said they had to take money away from everyone on the team to get me that extra bit. Considering how much I liked my team, that really pi---d me off. Schwab treats 59 level and down like pesants and reward Tech Directors that contribute nothing quarterly stock that far excedes some of our bonuses.

117% bonus funding is much better than 2023. But, yes, most won’t get 117% because of the methodology we have to use.

If you get MET you can't get 117%. All the money is in a pool and funds your team... so if MET gets 117% then EXCEEDS get 117% as well. MET should probably be around 105%-110% depending on how many EXCEEDS+ your team has.

Let's be clear. It's 117% of a lower target and funding.

In dollars to our staffs it is likely slightly better than last year.

117% is available for your management to give you, based on your performance (met/exceeded) in comparison to those on your team, in your org. 117% is not a guarantee.
