The only strategy RL executed in the last couple of years is to increase prices of our products so that we can achieve the set target profits. This is not a sustainable strategy. There will be a breaking point when consumers will stop buying our products because they have become unaffordable.

Then there is an R&D VP who keeps on saying AOPs are not a priority, that our priority is his pet project -- PLM. We will not reap the benefits of PLM until many years from now, but in the meantime we need to pay the bills. Teams that heavily support AOPs are ignored even though they are helping the company keep itself afloat. Whereas those in PLM are using so much R&D budget without any guarantees that what they are doing will deliver anything substantial for the company.

In the global townhall and calling out “Create One North America” for future-fit our growth. You know what that means. No need for duplicate roles!!

Bloomberg gave their review of the numbers. “This is bad…all the numbers in NA are negative.”
