It is more than 25%. They fired everyone and got rid of the Dallas HQ
I heard at an offsite co-ktail party that 25% of the Houston Campus (Nature Quad) has been mothballed because no one wanted to lease the building.
Confirming we have an a worthless office asset and wasted millions freeing up space that can’t be used.
That group is working with another company who we don't want to have access to Campus.
You wait. They'll use Hughes Landing as a training site for the new BTC hires. You move the HC1 employee/trainer there first so you have to look at them anymore as they train thier replacements.
EM plans to reduce headcount such that all Spring employees can fit into Hughes Landing.
Then sell Campus.
