Severance Policy Changed again

There has been an update to Nielsen's severance policy announced in the 1/30 Nsider. I wish I had kept a copy of the old one so I could tell exactly what changed. I'm not sure, but I think the yearly bonus rules and the rounding up rules for length of service changed.

It would be good to hear from someone who knows exactly what changed.

I thought the 2 week to 1 week per year change happened earlier (last year?). Does anyone know?

The change was that anyone whose base salary was less than $200,000 a year, would receive in the severance package 1 week of pay for every year they worked with Nielsen. Previously it was. 2 weeks pay for every one year at Nielsen.
Also you have to be on target in order to receive your severance package.
