LMAO...Toxicity at its finest!
PepsiCo always delivers on pi----g off the employees.
Turn them against each other.
Lay them off in February - This is same as it ever was...continues
I see nothing has changed.
Hi to HR trolling this site!!!!
Dude, the invite literally says its live from Purchase, NY.
Hope your illiteracy doesn't impact your performance on the job.
Down voting the commenter who actually had the ba--s to call out the OPs id--tic comment is so PepsiCo! No wonder we are losing market share we have no common sense just keyboard cowards!!
The fact that I may have to delay retirement because I have lost so much money due to our tanking stock price gives me a right to be mad at our senior leaders.
I know people who have doubled their 401k in the last few years. I'm down 5 figures.
lmao at the copypasta below
Take a look at the stock price trend, tells you all you need to know.
I think a lot of people have the right to be angry and they come here, anonymously, to rattle their sabers. How about we just calm down and allow people to discuss Ramon's b*lls? :D
Where does it say it's in NYC? My invite says Purchase.
Ok. We need to settle down here. PepsiCo has not been in a great shape for the last 2-3 years. If someone needs to vent, allow them to vent and don’t go after them! It’s stressful enough around here already. When you get the notice you’re gone, PepsiCo don’t care to check anyone’s mental health and check how they are doing. They’re isolated with this situation. You need to vent, vent here and not at the building. Thank you.
The bravery of an anonymous internet comment. How impressive that you're willing to call out the CEO, Ramon, and question his leadership from the safety of your keyboard.
I especially love the part where you ask why the global town hall isn't being held at the global HQ in Purchase. Oh, I'm sure it's because Ramon is just terrified of facing his employees and not because, you know, there might be actual logistical reasons for holding it in NYC. I mean, who needs things like "convenience" or "accessibility" when you can just assume that the CEO is a coward?
And let's talk about your clever insult: "Grow a pair of ba--s". Wow, that's some high-level stuff right there. I'm sure Ramon has never heard that one before. It's not like it's a phrase that's been used by every try-hard tough guy on the internet since 2002.
You know what would be really brave? If you actually showed up to the town hall meeting and said this to Ramon's face. But no, instead you'll just hide behind your anonymity and post snarky comments online. That takes a lot of courage... said no one ever.
By the way, what makes you think that Ramon is even reading this thread? Do you think he's just sitting around scrolling through anonymous comments on some forum, thinking "Oh no, someone called me out! I'd better change my leadership style!" Give me a break.
So here's a suggestion: why don't you try actually contributing something meaningful to this conversation instead of just posting empty insults? Like, I don't know, maybe sharing some actual concerns or suggestions for how PepsiCo could improve its leadership? But no, instead you'd rather just troll around and pretend like you're some kind of tough guy who can take on the CEO with your witty one-liners. Please do go on.
