Been sitting for three years on LTI to vest, and stock is $10 below grant price.

Oh, the company restructured. That gives another runway of excuses to distract from poor management of the company.
I posted this at the time, but I sold my regular shares last summer at 181, it's currently at 150. I don't know how the BOD doesn't act when, as a company, they are down 12% YoY in stock performance.
KO is up 4.8% in same time.
