Canada would put tariffs on Xerox but it’d be inconsequential as nobody really buys them up there because the service is so poor.

Xerox “Canada” was already a complete quagmire. Google maps? No direct offices in Ottawa or Toronto. Authorized “Gold” partners are eating dealer’s lunch. Outlandish to predict any few direct opps will return to the US?
