No company is actually employee focused. That is marketing mumbo jumbo. Companies are profit focused.
Unless your job drives more sales or some unique value they can’t easily recreate themselves … no acquiring company would ever keep someone.
@ba+1jk32p0jy No. Even if they announced a deal tomorrow, there are a ton of steps, like HSR and FCC and SEC approvals before the deal fully closes. The earliest I could imagine a deal this big going from announcement to closing is 3 or 4 months. But take what I say with a grain of salt because who knows what’s happening in the government.
