There are around 4000 + employees work for Cisco in China, and big LR happened in last September, rumor said Cisco would shut down some sites or even exist China market (Taiwan excluded). With the enforcement of Huawei deployment and security concerns of Cisco products, will there be any large LR for China? Or even sites shut down?

China is a lot weaker than people realize. CCP is barely hanging on as small revolts are widespread but not reported. Massive loss of foreign capital has fled to India and elsewhere. China is nearer collapse than America.
Also, while the debt number may seem very large to you, it's not proportionally...its 122% of GDP.
Newsflash Comrad, there is something called The Private Sector and they have far more debt than the federal government.
Does the Trump admin realize what a big DEI company Cisco is? Something they should look into with government contracts. Much of the current LR process is DEI based.

In my way of thinking, the topic that is not being stated or discussed is simply this: the USA is facing imminent bankruptcy.
All these tariff actions and imperialist aspirations are simply a diversion.
The world (BRICS) is realizing that America is bankrupt, or soon to be.
This is the real driver of American aggression...
soon china will overtake the US in every metric imaginable.
