Folks running for the door at all levels of the biz, from the associates and seniors that haven't been promoted in 5 years, to the managers leaving for greener pastures, and even some at higher areas.

It really is sad.. Once a company filled with so much positivity and excitement, is now a shell of its former self. The best way I can describe it is when Scar takes over the pride lands in the Lion king😂… but seriously, I used to love working here. Chris does not care about his current employees and hates Rhode Island. He really lacks the ability connect or lead in a way in which we the employees want to support him.. and why should we? If I was Hassenfeld I’d be sick at what he’s done in 3 short years.
