Next layoff coming 02/07 in advance of the Q4 earnings call. Category Management will be worst impacted.

B2B is a waste joke of a department anyway.
Just look at the Feb. 28th B2B restructuring. If you don’t think they are trying to trim the fat to avoid paying severance wake up.
One reason the stock is hitting these lows is Trump’s new tariffs today (now 20%) on Chinese imports. Wayfair sources a large percentage of its goods from China, and this could force Wayfair to raise its prices and hurt demand (which was already struggling as the Home category is in a major recession).
The stock price is the worst I've seen since 2020. It feels like the ship is goin' down. Praying to get laid off at this point.
Stock has dropped quite a bit just today alone. I wonder what's going on. It's about $36 a share and hasn't been that low in a while.
Any news on when the next layoff or mini layoff is coming? The stock price is tanking and that can’t be good.
If you feel that way, you need to find another job. Wayfair isn’t for you, it won’t change.
Would rather get laid off than being put through this BS with job metrics and expectations, which is absolutely not attainable
Good luck for today everyone.
Earnings call is 2/20 let’s hope for the best!
We need to put a stop to people posting layoff warnings when only a few departments are impacted. My anxiety is through the roof.
What are the names of the L4’s that were let go AND if you don’t know names, which departments?? B2B? CARE? CMT? RPOps? STOps?
Anyone on this post who complains about anyone complaining about working in a temperature controlled call center needs a serious reality check.

Cannot wait to see how the new administration affects all the outsourcing ... nobody is immune lmao
From the email it looks like the one higher up is from Germany and part of the Germany shut down, the other one is NA based and probably just got tired of this sh-t. Frontline isn’t the only one that has it bad, L2-5 have it pretty sh---y too
And many more high up managers let go today and rearranging the managers that are left. Someone with knowledge please let us know what they are up to?
I would bet money that the the OP cold transfers all day.
If you think taking call after call of screaming customers whose orders aren’t being delivered like the website said which is all produced by “higher tired employees” isn’t WORK, then YOU need an attitude adjustment.
No idea why teams like TA and Sales & Service still exist in house. These teams should have been 100% laid off and outsourced in 2023.
This place is just full of low tier Sales & Service associates complaining now. Maybe if they did some actual work instead of panic posting on here, their jobs wouldn’t be getting taken over by AI so quickly.
As usual this was nonsense. This place and Blind used to be a good place to get a scoop but with the new trend of making cr-p up , this is now questionable. Here’s a pro tip .. if you don’t really know anything , it might be better to stay silent!
Just checked my email. Nothing.
Why would they get rid of all the L4s yesterday if they were having a layoff today?
It’s 2 weeks before the year end earnings report and Trump just imposed tariffs on goods being imported from China, where the majority of our furniture originates, either directly or through third party US suppliers. Another bad earnings call and the W stock price will be sub $20.
None of us are safe. People need to get their heads out of the sand.
Who was the first person that said this? What knowledge do you have?
I think a lot of us in service are welcoming it at this point. They’ve made it truly miserable.
I think you are missing the point. Most of us are on here as we do want a heads up to layoffs. What we don’t want is constant random dates with no details that turn out to be false. That doesn’t help anyone
So a few l4’s have been laid off so what. It happens all the time.
Niraj said after the layoff in 2022 that no more layoffs would happen. There have since been 3 more major layoffs and continuous small scale layoffs at the team levels.
He said in the Global All-hands after the January 2024 layoff that they were 100% committed to Germany and then he shut it down 12 months later.
Why are people defending Wayfair and lashing out at people on online forums for sharing potentially legitimate information on job risk?
Mini layoffs don’t require WARN.
Category Management and B2B are the teams that work with suppliers to source furniture for the website. If you work at Wayfair and don’t know this you should be fired.
Whoever originally posted this, where are you getting this date from? And what l4's are gone?
I think b2b and cat L4s are gone. With it only being two they probably left on their own or were fired for performance, doubt it has anything to do with a layoff.
This is anonymous. Why is everyone so evasive with details?
Which L4's?
From which space?
It does look like a few L4s are gone
What or who is category management
And how do you know layoffs on 2/7? And if you are a higher up, do you know what teams?
Would there need to be a WARN notice? Is there a way they are getting around that?
