She flew the company to Apple instead of OpenDocument Format (ODF), Free software, Linux, GPL etc.
Ginni was not a DEI success story, as to be expected, she flew the company right into the ground

IBM is a joke. Any company that made someone like Ginni CEO, and then kept her around for 8 years while she did nothing but fail spectacularly has seriously bad management. Remember Watson, Roadmap 2015, quarter after quarter of declining revenue, Warren Buffett dumping all his stock, all the stock buybacks, her famous statement "stock price doesn't matter " , she completely missed the cloud etc etc . 8 long years of failure after failure after failure. AK is just a bald headed version of Ginni with a mustache and an accent.
Don't worry, IBM has 34,482 billion in "assets" (not cash) and it values "Goodwill" at 60,706 billion (not kidding, IBM says it in its report*).
It times get tough, IBM can sell "Goodwill" at the local pawn shop and pay back the lenders, right?
