Medicare is strutted around as a “new” area for Fidelity and therefore “exciting.”
I would avoid it.
Leadership is disconnected
Lack of resources/upward growth
Product team is in chaos. UX and BA chapters as well
Incompetent managers (classic Fidelity) but given more free-reign for their incompetence
Everyone is fleeing in droves so beware of any "open" positions you see there and warn your mentees against them as well. Operations might be the only part that's not a hot mess there and channel.
