Hi all, I am a Planning Consultant and bonuses are being paid for quarter 4 on February 28th. I am going to be submitting my two weeks notice soon. Will I still receive the bonus if I leave before the payout date?

The fact that I am in a lower level advisory level than you and I’m not astonished by the fact that you, someone who is trusted with giving our clients financial advice, is asking this question is a big problem we need to fix.
Do you not know any basic accounting principles? Or like basic contract law? If a company agreed to pay a bonus for work you already did you think they can just not pay you?
