No more denim. Nothing revealing. No spaghetti straps tops. Jewelry cosmetics and big ticket have to be more dressed up. No Uggs no clogs no Crocs
I hope no more denim. That let the haute slob look into the stores. No one understands what fashion denim is and are wearing Levi's full of holes. Same with sneakers.
God no with the "all black" again. We lived that way for 7 years and it was AWFUL.
Dont know any info but would be nice if we went back to all black. I work at macys and even I have a problem sometimes figuring out who works there and who doesn't with the stupid "own your style." So not surprised how irritating it is for the customers not to know half the time.
If there is a change in the dress code, when does it go into effect?
I'm supposed to 'dress for success' in Fulfillment where I'm wrestling boxes or on the dock where it's hot AF in the summer and I'm sweating my butt off???
Dress for success @ $15/hr
I think its way to late in the game to ask associates to dress for success, when the company is on the verge of total decline!!
Good. The store employees always look like they just rolled out of bed, without a shower and sloppy looking. Young adults have no pride in their appearance anymore.
So back to professional, but color?
Just curious because most of my tops are fine in that case. I'll just have to get a few pairs of nice pants to go with them since we've been doing jeans so long.
If it's back to all black, I have to get more tops too ( and make sure the pants I buy are black).
Polo’s , khaki’s - think Abercrombie preppy.
What's the dress code for back of house colleagues ?
No more looking like slobs.
When does the new dress code suppose to start?
Denim with blazer still allowed?
Professional attire. Dress for success.
