They should cut ties with these contractors. What good have they really done? Week after week, our reports are always breaking, not uploading, missing data, not being sent on time. I’m so tired of submitting tickets. It’s always something. Why are we wasting money on an outside source who aren’t close to the product, don’t understand all the nuances to the business and are basically making the lives of corporate employees, more difficult. Sorry but they need to go.

Unfortunately getting rid of the internal team to get NCR has been a disaster. Sometimes saving a dollar upfront will cost you two dollars in the long run.
Not to mention the tickets take so much handholding.
Cognizant will bring so many efficiencies for us though, right?

Because money. It’s cheaper for the company to make your job more difficult. Lower SG&A = higher bonuses for execs. Simple dollars and cents.
