The pulse survey was used for internal marketing, rather than solving anything. It’s possible management doesn’t want to highlight most of the company hates working for the firm now.

Not soon enough!
Couple sources say it is on hold.
It’s every 6 months. People should fill it out. So many people think they are sticking it to fidelity by not filling it out, then they regret it after. It’s your only chance to say something. We don’t even get Fidelity central video comments anymore.
So instead of the pulse, they internally market the glassdoor best place to work award.
I don’t think a pulse survey makes sense anymore. It seemed to be used as an internal marketing strategy. It was as if management was saying - see, look how happy you and your coworkers are! Not many other employers have happy employees like us.
Now no one is happy and the office is filled with toxicity. They don’t want to market that to employees
People on Glassdoor said they're skipping the pulse survey
pulse survey is a good reminder to leave a 1 star review on Glassdoor and Indeed as well
