People in model e at ford exploited and abused me

Then sabotaged, lied, and covered it up

Fakes reports. Padded file everything.

These people used my skills and took credit for the work I did for everyone around me

I reported it and they did nothing

I went over the head of my manager for protection and she told me she won’t listen or hear me out until I continue delivering which never ended

Whenever I would complain about the harsh treatment, they would retaliate and give me punitive humiliating tasks and record my screen so they could laugh with their other manager peers

One day I’m going to have a voice and I will name all of you for being cowards. I may not have a voice yet, but I’m going to do things right and be the change I wish to see

@OP truly sorry this happened to you. This Ford behavior is not isolated to Model E. It happens across Ford. Yes there are some sane well behaved pockets in Ford. But the behavior you describe is the only way the incompetent FnF gang can succeed. Once your eyes are open to what the Ford culture really is, it is hard to unsee it. You can’t change it, and Bill Ford and Jim Farley won’t change it. The “leadership” team won’t change it (think about it, how did they get promoted?).
At this point you should find a better company to advance your career at. I’ve watched people put up with this behavior for years, become bitter and have serious health problems from the stress. You clearly are carrying your team, so spread your wings and soar.

So sorry to hear this. I believe you, they also took credit for my work and blamed me for their incompetent leadership. They had unrealistic expectations and when pointed out they retaliated.

No they made me work weekend holidays up until 10pm they didn’t let me go to lunch or control my time they made me work 24/7 share my screen. They denied me days off. On my only day off as religious holiday they had me working.manager would give personal number and delegate team members as proxies to call me and ask to come home at night when needed. They promised me extra money to stay on team and sabotaged my ai rotation so they could keep me delivering for free. They had their friends join their team and their friends for many years basically took credit for all my work they brought their subordinates as well none of them had a coding environment and so they stuck to me like glue and had 3-4 ppl just sit in call w me 24/7 because they had nothing to do. I would join calls and help them sound smart and write all their emails and make all their reports for various higher ups like a ghostwriter I designed architecture and more things completely out of my job function. They started retaliating when I learned about boundaries and my life got worse and they started sabotaging and I went from max merit top performer (still the lowest paid from my peers despite having highest output of work) and from above average performance rating to below average no merit. They lied. They all stone walled me and forced me to do work and then the higher ups would hear me out. There’s more that happened like for example after I reported I got threatened on my personal email. This went on for more than a year.
