Corporate offices... what do we think? I haven't heard anything, just rumors. Hearing massive "restructure" in S&T.

It would be quite surprising, though not impossible, for S&T to execute massive cuts just after spending a whole year doing just that. Never know at this company but it seems unlikely. More likely on the other hand are massive cuts across PFNA & PBNA. Thoughts?
There was a restructure back in Nov. Those affected are still in the system as they still were given time to look for internal roles. This period ends the first week of Feb.
I left some time back. It took time and a new job for me to truly recognize what a toxic and tragic relationship I was in. Constant fear of layoffs, rebadging long time employees to overseas companies, low bonuses through no fault of our own, but because leadership made poor decisions, incredibly long hours with no compensation, restructuring every five minutes, an S&T leader that creates a podcast while Rome burns, slipping stock value, the ascension of Dr. Pepper. The list goes on and on.
Trust me when I say, there is life after Pepsi.
All our 1:1 and skip level meetings for February have been canceled. Worst kept secret ever!
anyone know when payroll will be fully eliminated?
New news is around roles being eliminated through consolidating corporate back office roles AND shipping strategic AND transactional roles to Mexico. This will result in both site closures (not HQ sites that I am aware of) and layoffs in the nearer term.
S&T layoffs occurred all through last year up until Dec 2024. No new news that they continue to cut. Very soon, no one will be left to work
They’ll 100% wait for layoffs or massive restructure until after Super Bowl…I expect 17 Feb or 24 Feb weeks!
pick me ! pick me ! this place is a dysfunctional joke that only deranged people could take seriously
Expect office closure the week of Feb 17th. They grew a heart this year and are going to wait until after Valentines Day.
Know that the plan is to move back office finance functions (especially at satellite locations) en masse to Mexico soon.
Heard there will be massive layoffs across all functions. They didn’t hit their numbers.
