Would you figure it would be the same around last August/Sept? This is for the Splunk side anticipating a layoff
- 2 months because of the WARN act (1 month as of notice, 1 more month)
- 3-4 months severance if you sign a waiver
- Are all RSUs lost or might there be any acceleration?
- I guess you get your March vest
- Basically, whatever the half year bonus will also be gone
- June deferred cash vest (from RSUs converted) = gone?
