Here’s some great news on cheap labor:
President Donald Trump’s deputies have frozen an expanding federal bureaucracy used by elite-run groups to import migrant workers via a private door in the nation’s borders.
The shutdown comes just before the private migration groups were to be aided by a $5 billion migration fund created by Congress in 2024 for additional migration inflows in 2025.
Trump’s deputies froze the bureaucracy by delaying the approval of paperwork needed by migrants to get into the United States. The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services agency announced it is “pausing acceptance of Form I-134A, Online Request to be a Supporter and Declaration of Financial Support until we review all categorical parole processes as required,” the agency announced on January 28.
If H1B really is so much an issue for you, you have to RTO na--d. Nothing on you is made in USA.
H-1Bs told to stand down and stand by. Here come the layoffs for America-based workers.
This is what your voted for. Isnt this what will "make America great again"? Getting what you voted for. Hello India!
If there is a “high-skill labor shortage” then employers have to offer more money for the jobs.
A “shortage” is merely an economic term meaning prices aren’t high enough to free up supply.
It doesn’t mean the supply doesn’t exist. There isn’t a “high-skill labor scarcity”.
The companies should hire American workers first from the qualified applicant pool. If qualified American is not available for a position then only they should hire H1-Bs.
H1-B visas are there only for this reason and should not be misused by any company.
H-1Bs will be expanded and extended. The hotel industry is already starting the lobbying process. The tech guys will get it done because they hate American workers.

So why hasn't this been removed?
By hiring workers who are unfamiliar with the culture and the language, it can be seen as "giving back" to the global community. After being exposed to American culture, these folks can go back to India and apply what they learned to make India even better than it is today.
Could it be that taking on an H1B position could be good treatment for ADHD population in India? Having to move to a new country, and having the threat of deportation could certainly help with focus as a creative disruption.
