Any Insights to Bonus Multiplier?

Anyone have true insights to bonus multiplier for Frito, PBNA, or corporate? Interested to know what’s to come in a month…

We will be lucky for 38, it will probably be negative to claw back funds to pay the shareholders, since they come first.

Between raises that are a fraction of inflation and pi-s-poor bonuses, they are pushing people towards the door…which in reality is what they want. This company has become a shell of what it used to be as the people with real company knowledge are either moved aside, pushed out or leave on their own.

Our OHS dropped 30 pts. The instead of addressing the problems, they’re deflecting to something in S&T. Ignorance is bliss.

Don’t expect much. Scores were horrific this year (and rightly so based on performance). Probably the worst I’ve ever seen for Frito.
