Did they run out of vehicle recalls to claim on insurance to make up for low revenue/income? And now left with bone picking scraps and corner pieces to generate funds?

There are a lot of falsehoods in that article. First off managers don’t have to meet the stacked ranking curve for their individual departments like DFP is claiming. The employees are stacked by VP or Director, depending on your Org.

The article also states managers are still deciding the ratings for employees. For our org that’s completely false. That ship saled long before the holiday break.

I could keep going but the point is I wouldn’t take much away from that article. You just need to wait and see what MB says tomorrow and when you meet with your boss.

It's just a plan to reduce number of employees. "Bad job performance" is in many instances b.s. created to get rid of employees without paying them bonuses they deserved.

That article describing management's thought processes is pretty funny.

Especially the discussion of fairness.

If you're in a city with other jobs choices, you should explore them.

Lowest level trolling effort I've seen in some time. At least take some time to craft your troll. This is 2nd grade level stuff.
