I read a memo. It has us penciled in at 098%. Reliable source.

105 or 110 based on a pretty reliable source. Prepare to be disappointed. But “you guys did great and did all we asked. Things are looking brighter. Full speed ahead!”

I can't see us dropping below 2020 vcip level. Feels like 140 or around there is the expected outcome by most. But who knows, they likely cannot continue to rank controllable costs as a super low payout if they want us to believe the BT outcomes.

VCIP this year is based on how whiny and non-productive you are. Good news for the folks on here- you are gonna be rolling in the cash.

I'm guessing low-average. 125-135% of target range.

Company can't go too low, still bleeding talent...

Yes there is talk. No, it will not be good. Worst payout in company history should be expected.
