Thread regarding Gainwell Technologies layoffs

Boring Jan, horrific Feb!

It is calm before storm - major reduction in US staff coming up starting Feb thru’ March end as FY25 comes to an end and there have been significant loses all around (CA, OH, KY to name a few) except HMS line of business (which seems to be profitable).

Watch out for sudden layoffs to meet the Veritas numbers.

As it is, Gainwell is so like the wild, wild west. Constant lawless, circling the wagons to cover up. The Indians they hire fit right in.

How I feel about Gainwell. In the south, we have a saying. I wouldn't pi$$ on them if they were on fire.

Rest assured Gainwell will hire more Indians that can't speak English or do their jobs. That's all they do

Its been a stressful embarrassing ride that's for sure. I wish I would have never answered that call. And I'm not talking about the people that I work with although some could use tune up in employee etiquette. Wonder what's going to occur now that SCOTUS is dropping everything related to DEI across the board. I'm sure there's several people hired on that checked a box.

I've worked for several companies over the years. Even if I didn't agree with how things were ran, I still saw the positives at each company. I can not say that for Gainwell,

I am so thankful with moving over to NTT in the hopes of being able to restart my career. Gainwell took everything I hold dear away from me. As you get older, it becomes harder to make lateral moves to other companies. It's as if Gainwell sensed that and used it to their advantage to ruin good people.

The skill level deficit in upper leadership can be explained by seeing the Peter Principle at work every single day during the early years of Gainwell. It was a conglomeration formed of competitive companies and systems under one umbrella. Veritas chose whom they listened to and picked for leadership roles over the years. Sadly, in many cases, they chose WRONG. Almost 5 years later, Veritas is bringing in REAL executives (if you think friends from Accenture means REAL). They found out the hard way what the working teams knew all along about some of their chosen leadership.

Fast food is being generous. Gainwell employs the most incompetent people in business.

Let’s be honest. The talent level at gainwell is very low. Most gainwell employees couldn’t get another job …. besides fast food

Also there have been internal transfers to management who cannot even do the job they were supposed to have already been doing.

Except some of what you’re posting is untrue, and your grasp of the language could use some improvement
