Jacksonville Fl, laying off over 200 of their employees 1quarter 2023. Training Accenture Noida India to take over all the task in New Business, Billing etc. We can’t find anyone to assist the Agents because everyone is in training. This is very sad for the insureds because no one is available to help. This is not sustainable. We are drowning, SOS! Good luck Accenture you need it!
