IT was mostly outsourced years ago. As is the case whenever STX outsources, spins off, sells off, whatever......they pretend it was a smooth transition and pretend everything is hunky dory. Now they gave away channels and preamps, expect that to deteriorate as well.
Look at the executive team and ask yourself if this is a serious company.
