All promotions and rankings are decided in Q4 of 2024. Therefore if you get all important goals done by September you should have no problem. Oh, and make sure you know who your dashed line bosses are because they have influence power in those ranking meetings.

I usually get to see mine when the boss has time to sit down in my office and discuss. Almost never on the HR release date. If your boss is any good, they will communicate to you thru the year and final evaluation is just a formality. What you are really concerned about is .....promotions, raises and bonuses. People are really predictable at this time of the year...
Starting end of February.
Employee review? Oxy does employee reviews? I’ve never received one?
Schedule a meeting with your supervisor to see and hear it.
Assume it will be the same as it has been the last several years. First or second week of March.
Ask you HR rep, not some rando on layoff.com
