Season for Accenture Under Performance Identifier Bot

Accenture will be deploying their bot in both AIG and Corebridge to identify under performers over the past 3 years and remove them. This ethical approach is to save money for the company and help in the over bonus for management. This will also help Accenture advertise this bot to other clients of there’s.

Doesn'take sense.

If the manager knows where the employee isn't meeting their expectations they already have enough to take action.

Don't see the value.

Of course performance is monitored. Has been for many years with metric dashboards.

Performance was measured on output decades ago.

Only thing that has changed is the method.

Hey RC actuary - you were too detailed and now you may have led to his future firing. Think before you post!

I’m a RC actuary and our head of the group hates the CFO. He always tells us how insufferable they are and clearly has no idea what they are doing.

If a manager wants to fire an employee he can configure the bot on a few scenarios where the employee was bad and use that as a reason and work with HR to put on a improvement plan for 90 days and can fire him anytime without any package. This has been done and will be done. You are being watched.

Can you give an example?

That explanation doesn't really explain.

The bot characterizes the set of traits an employee is to be analyzed. The manager has to feed a bias into it and it will identify that the employee needs to be laid off. Amazed Accenture is able to sell these kind of products to their client companies. The managers use it for removing employees who don’t fall at the whims of the managers and are considered useless.

Accenture confirmed this Bot has been helping them to lay off people so AIG and Corebridge wants to use them.

Wonder if this bot will see how much I log in and work on PTO and give me extra credit…

I can't seem to get anyone much at AIG to response. I have sent dozens of emails and get an occasional acknowledgement, but nothing else.

The bot is called DIPA. Accenture has misused the bot heavily. Making it unethical from ethical.

It seems most of the roles where a theoretical performance bot would most reasonanly apply no longer reside with AIG employees.

What’s the name of the bot?

Accenture itself is one of the main causes for the waste o money. A friend consultant of mine confessed that he doesn't even know what he sells to insurance companies because he has no clue about their functioning and business

How exactly is underperforming defined and determined? I wouldn’t put it past Accenture or Petey but sound fishy
