Is the HQ being moved to Barcelona or Hyderabad or Mexico City?
They have a project underway to consolidate distribution centers (Frito-Lay and PepsiCo) into one warehouse.
Hearing the same about near and off-shoring. The other shoe will fall in February. Already been told to be ready for a HUGE re-org in March.
Liberty is being closed
Not aware of other plants, but know it’s in the plan to close or significantly cull some US locations as work is nearshored and offshored. Automation plans and further centralization (ie PGTs actual goal) will lead to non HQ locations naturally being closed.
