Those all go to inside sales teams
The people who go back once they are out are the same ones that return to abusive relationships. They don't realize they deserve better. I hope you realize your worth.

Why would anyone want to come back if they managed to get away? I’m disappointed I didn’t get cut in the last round. I can say one thing for certain and that’s I’ll have to be medicated for ptsd and anxiety once I get my walking papers or find a job and leave. I don’t know why anyone would punish themselves by coming back to any department. The sales agents I talk to have said they are being put through literal he-l on earth right now all for a sale. I’m sorry but all the DSR leads one could get just doesn’t seem to be worth the trouble.
