why this company layoff during holidays season every year. can they do it some other time
Layoffs are happening. Many are appearing as “Presence Unknown” or “Offline”. It’ll just get swept under the upcoming retirement announcements on top of end of year reviews.
Seriously, if we lose any more people, it will just be a company full of "chiefs" (and I use that term very loosely) standing around wondering where all the Indians (who actually do the work) went. How is this not obvious?????
Was talking to someone a few weeks ago that works in a different division than me, and they had already done layoffs in that area.
Listening carefully here. You really gotta learn how to read between the lines with this guy. What is he truly saying. What it does mean for down the roads. I think he does not want to do that especially with all the new expenditures. Where is he focusing the magnifying glass?
He has not chosen from the best. He has chosen from the most politically korrect. More often than not they do not always align. Our company has suffered for it. Good luck.
