Those in RA at MMS (Infusion) and those who work with them… anyone see what’s going on? Anyone else outside the team seeing how insecure/poor leadership is the demise of a once fully capable team? Don’t let this be your team too. Look at the roster 6 months ago and who do you see there today? And some of those hires are questionable and contributing to a lack of trust amongst cross functional teams. Open your eyes someone. Ami? Hello? Also I am here because speaking with HR did nothing. Not diversity hires. Team was already diverse in all aspects including skill.
