The reason it is seen as the solution is that there is a mandate to get costs down now, and that means worry about potential consequences later.
I really wish we knew the truth behind Indians being the ‘solution’????
Saving money means nothing when quality and security are seriously compromised! Come on senior leadership wake up or at least be transparent!
ER&G is Enterprise, Risk & Governance. Essentially Compliance and IT Security…but I’m pretty sure everyone was directly compliance or Fraud, Waste & Abuse.
Not sure about years of service overall, but many were 5-10 years.
Unreal. They are suffering because of quality issues and they keep bringing in more Indians? They’ll never learn.

My best friend was laid off yesterday. She had 20+ years of service in.

How many laid off? What departments were hit? I know one person in WV for sure was let go.
ER&G wouldn't surprise me, I'm led to understand their leadership has been hinting at layoffs for around a year now, and (of course) they've been bringing in Indians to take on more work, which is ah... shall we say... not the most responsible thing for a compliance department in this industry to do.
