Who else is worried that we might be seeing major layoffs next month?

which design team was cut?
Turns out they didn’t wait til next month. The entire Design team, including the exec leadership, was whacked on Friday. Looks like another year of trying to squeeze more blood from the stone. New pony only knows the same trick as all the others.
I thought SAP and "Business Transformation" were going to improve OTIF and provide "value realization"?
We are seeing OTIF going to get worse as expected due to demand surges in Q1 The entire pipeline inventory has been dried up, and any transportation delays or process upsets are going to badly hit the service. Just wait and see.
I don’t agree about next month, but would agree in the next quarter or two. Way too much talk about OTIF and execution and plants and on and on. They never seem to mention systems like SAP and MCE and PLM and the inability to get them to work in a way for customers to place orders and plants to ultimately receive and execute them, so why do the same things and expect different results? I guess that is the new 3M and new is always better? Thanks to the ‘old school’ and plants for keeping this going, and sorry ‘leadership’ keeps failing you!
- honesty from ‘Corporate’. (Unfortunately I represent the minority and an old way of thinking that is being pushed out)
Bill needs to keep throwing more logs on the fire to keep the earnings growth. The organic sales increase is not enough to propel these shares to 175.
First, he's going to see how many people voluntarily quit when forced back into office 4 days per week. Then he'll "calibrate" his layoff percent to achieve a net 15 percent in workforce.
SIBG may get a preemptive layoff as punishment for terrible OTIF.
Anyone who publicly slammed the Minnesota Nice attitude of leaders (everyone gets an A) is going to rule like harsh taskmaster.
GLTA. Glad I got out and retired before these psyops games played by Tireman and BB.
So funny to think some of the rubes here think that company performance or growth will impacted in any way by DEI. LOL
To the comment referencing, ‘safety overkill’. I’m guess those families who lost loved ones would say there were ‘safety shortcuts’ to save money or showed improved metrics. Really, overkill?
Hopefully it’s related to DEI and HR and they’ve put out on notice. Next step is to fir McKenzie for pushing the same strategies at every account that pays them
Could be SIBG PSD. Singled out by BB due to poor OTIF.
there will be minimal layoffs until Q4 , there is a mini revival now Trump is incharge, watch the DEI dropped as it should be and more investment into plants, now the safety overkill madness is being finally sorted, the problem start again in October with lawyers over our claims from plaintiffs .
What are the rumors saying
What BG and where globally?
There are just too many rumors to ignore.
