What if we just got rid of a few? I bet no one would even blink or care if they were cut. It’s not like they’re adding much anyway. Maybe the place would run smoother without all the extra hands waving around, trying to micromanage everything. We'd have less fuss and less noise, which means more would get done.

it certainly would be glorious. I will be putting this in my next OHS survey and Year end review.
Just imagine what would happen if a third of the VPs were let go corporate-wide and half of that money was used to hire more worker bees. More work would get done, and the other half would go right to the bottom-line, increasing earnings. It would be GLORIOUS!
