I heard Eng is going to start at least 2 day RTO, can anyone confirm?

CX can't do anymore cutting, it's already so understaffed we can't get basic projects done.

And about 50% of the staff is in areas that dont have offices at this point. They'd have no teams left if they tried RTO.

The work-life balance is one of the only reasons people still stay at Cisco

Do we have any credible communications or observations to indicate that CX is going to require going back to the office? I haven’t seen even hints of it.

no office space to accommodate folks. the company is saving a lot of money by having employees work remotely. I haven't seen my mgr in 3 years. he moved far away. I like it this way.

haven't heard this and after years of hiring in low COL regions and employees seeking out cheap remote locales, its basically impossible for Cisco to pull off
